Well, I've been off any form of strenuous activity since Monday but today I'm back at it. It was a bit of a downer not being able to exercise after I just started up again. But dental health fits right in there with getting it all together. I put it off way too long and now I'm paying the price. Won't do that again.
Staying fit and healthy covers so many different areas, especially when you become a senior. Our metabolism slows down and health issues can slide so quickly. Every day we have to make a conscious effort to keep ourselves strong and healthy. When you get those little slips in the mail that tell you it's time to have something checked, get up off your ass and make the appointment. Get serious about your health. At our age time is precious. Go see your dentist when he calls. Have your eyes examined. Go get that Pap test and have your boobs squashed. Check your colon by doing the poop and scoop test. Just get it done. I know it's bothersome but it's worth it in the end, no pun intended.
